Rocket Chart is presented as a state- of- the- art broker, offering attractive trading conditions to a global audience of traders. And they also say to have established themselves as the renowned international brand they are today by steadily expanding their presence all over the world.
And did we forgot to mention that Rocket Chart also says to be “a fully licensed and regulated company”? Regrettably the reality turned out to be quite different. Rocket Chart is yet another offshore website with no legit forex license and no credibility whatsoever, which obviously wants to mislead their clients that they are licensed and authorized in an apparent attempt to scam them. If you are still considering Rocket Chart’s offer, better read the following lines.
Is Rocket Chart legit?
No, a zero credibility, offshore website, which openly lies about being licensed and regulated simply can not pass for a legit broker. Better check our list of trusted brokers licensed and authorized in the UK indeed.
Rocket Chart is based offshore in the Marshall Islands and is operated by a company called Seventh Line Corporation Ltd. And as we already noted, they also claim to be “a fully licensed and regulated company” without elaborating any further. Take a look:
So far so good, except that this is simply not true – Rocket Chart are not regulated anywhere, which basically means that their operations on strictly regulated markets like the UK, the EU, Canada, Australia or the U.S. are completely illegal.
And not only that – unregulated websites, which openly try to mislead their customers that they are licensed and authorized are obviously not to be trusted. Moreover that unregulated brokers, as a rule, are completely unaccountable for the safety of their clients’ funds, and also as a rule they simply tend to be run by scammers.
Rocket Chart is not an exception – the website bears all the hallmarks of a scam, so we strongly advise you to avoid them altogether.
Can I make money with Rocket Chart?
No, you obviously will not be making any money with a zero credibility, offshore website, which openly lies about its forex license. Better check our list of properly licensed and authorized EU brokers instead.
And you will not be able to make any money with Rocket Chart, because you obviously will get scammed right away. And we mean it literally. For a start, you will not be allowed to withdraw even a single dollar.
The moment you request a withdrawal, out of the blue you will be told that you are not eligible to withdraw anything, because you have not met some minimum trade volume requirement, linked to your trading bonus. “If the customer has received a credit bonus and wishes to make a withdrawal, the customer must first have traded the specified volume as required in the “Bonus” clause. If the customer has not traded the required volume, the withdrawal can be canceled”, the website’s Terms and Conditions read. See for yourself:
But that is not all. If somehow you manage to reach your so called minimum trade volume requirement, it will simply be increased. It is not fair, but this is exactly what you can expect from unregulated, offshore scammers like Rocket Chart – “the company reserves the right to change the terms of the bonus policy at any time”, the website’s Terms and Conditions also read. Take a look as well:
What is the minimum deposit requirement at Rocket Chart?
The minimum deposit requirement at Rocket Chart is said to be just 250 USD, but since we are dealing with unregulated, offshore scammers, here you may also find our list of brokers, offering micro accounts as well.
As for the rest of the account types apart from the starting Bronze one – the Silver, the Gold and the Platinum, Rocket Chart requires 2000 USD, 10 000 USD and 50 000 USD respectively.
What leverage is available at Rocket Chart?
Rocket Chart says to be offering leverage as high as 1:300, but because the website is obviously not to be trusted, here you may check as well our list of brokers, offering leverage as high as 1:500 instead.
What trading platforms are available at Rocket Chart?
Rocket Chart offers a well known platform – MetaTrader4, but because they openly lie about being regulated, while in fact the website displays every sing of a scam, here you may also find our list of brokers, supporting the industry standard MetaTrader4 as well.
What payment methods are available at Rocket Chart?
Rocket Chart says to accept VISA and MasterCard, but since we were not able to confirm this and because we are dealing with an obvious scam, here you may check as well our list of brokers, processing credit cards for real."
